COVID-19: Important information & Updates

Our main goal has always been to provide exceptional service to our customers and we will continue to work hard everyday to reach that goal. We are committed to you and to our team and we will be taking every sanitary measure necessary in order to ensure your safety and that of our employees. 

We will be implementing flexible working arrangements in order to adhere to social distancing norms amongst our staff. That means that those employees that can work from home will continue to do so, and those that are required to fulfill and dispatch your orders will practice the following guidelines: 

  • Employees must wear a face mask or face covering at all times with no exceptions. 
  • Workspace must be cleaned and disinfected multiple times a day.
  • Employees must wash their hands first thing in the morning, throughout the day and before they leave the workspace.
  • Hand sanitizers will be placed throughout the office so they're available to everyone at all times. Employees should use them before and after every dispatch.
  • Messengers must carry a personal hand sanitizer that must be used before and after every delivery. 
  • We will try our best to keep the workspace with a maximum of two employes that must practice appropriate social distancing, of at least one meter, at all times.

We feel it is our responsibility to create a safe and healthy environment for both our team and our customers. Rest assured we will be doing everything in our power to give you the most exceptional and delightful experience we possibly can. 

Shipping Delays

As always, we are committed to your satisfaction, but due to nationwide limitations and restrictions package delivery times may be delayed. Our staff is working extra hard to ensure your order is delivered as soon as possible. However, we appreciate your patience during these trying times.

Can I change my address after my order has been placed?

Please make sure you shipping information is correct. Once order is confirmed we can no longer make any changes. 

When will my order ship?

Your order will be delivered within 1-3* business days after order has been confirmed. 

*Expect Delays during the holidays or special events (such as new launches and discounts).

Where do you ship?

We currently only ship to Guatemala City and Guatemala Departments.
